NUMERICAL ANALYSIS AND HIGH-LEVEL APPLICATIONS (NAHA) LAB

The Numerical Analysis and High-Level Applications (NAHA) lab focuses on computational modeling grounded in robust mathematical principles, which is our most effective tool for tackling the complex engineering challenges we face today. In our research group, we create mathematical models that characterize system behavior, convert these models into computational formats, and develop specialized techniques to solve them. As a result, we leverage these insights to optimize material behavior by adjusting their microstructures to meet specific requirements. Therefore, our research is built on three fundamental pillars: explaining, exploring, and exploiting the behavior of soft materials and metamaterials under large deformations.
