ÖZET
Bu projede, elektronik cihazların soğutulmasında kullanılabilecek mikro oluklu ısı boruları üretildi ve analitik ve deneysel tekniklerle araştırıldı. Isı transferinin teorik olarak modellenmesi ve ısı boruları içerisinde meydana gelen akışkan akış problemlerinin teorik modellenmesinden başlayarak entegre bir mikro oluklu ısı borusu mimarisini modellemek için hesaplamalı bir model geliştirilmiştir. 3D modellemenin ardından, mikro oluklu ısı boruları projenin bir parçası olarak geliştirilen deneysel bir kurulumla üretildi ve test edildi. Isı boruları farklı doldurma oranı, farklı ısı akış değerleri, farklı oluk boyutları ve farklı çalışma akışkanları için test edilmiştir. Hem metal ısı boruları hem de silikon ısı boruları test edildi, ısı borularının ısıl performansı karakterize edildi ve optimum çalışma koşulları belirtildi.
